We have been using your HATCH® products for as long as we have lived in the Southwest.  The Whole Green Chiles are a favorite for casseroles!

For decades, I have been purchasing your HATCH® canned chiles, and they are always, always, always outstanding. But I am curious after all these years, how in the world do you get them such that there is never any hint of peel or blackened skin on them? This is what makes me such a fan of yours. Yours are always whole and meaty.

Thank you so much for your recipe for HATCH® Green Chile & Enchilada Casserole! My 93 yr. old mother lived w/ us until her death in April and she thought it was the best. I found the recipe on the can and then misplaced it. I was so pleased to go online and find that recipe and more on your website! You have terrific products and we like all we have tried…Keep them coming…

Thank you for making HATCH® Diced Tomatoes & Jalapeños. This is a good quality product which I use in making Salsa. The tomatoes are diced well, not cursed like the competitor’s product, which makes HATCH®’s my choices.
