HATCH® Green Chile And Eggs Benedict

Ingredients

  • 1 can of HATCH® Green Chile Enchilada Sauce
  • 4 English muffins – toasted
  • 4 left over ham slices
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Poach eggs to medium doneness in a pan, water cannot boil, just a slight heat.
  2. Toast English muffins in the toaster and heat leftover ham slices through. Heat the HATCH® Green Chile Enchilada Sauce cooking sauce in a small saucepan, stirring occasionally.
  3. Place English muffins on a plate, ham, 1 egg on each English muffin and drizzle HATCH® Green Chile Enchilada Sauce.
