Green Chile Corn Salsa

Ingredients

4 cups frozen corn kernels, defrosted

2 cans Hatch Diced Green Chilis, hot or mild, drained

½ cup diced red onion

½ cup chopped cilantro

Juice of 2 limes

1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat. Add the corn and cook, stirring occasionally until charred. Add to a mixing bowl.

Stir in the chilis, onion, cilantro, lime and salt.

Serve with tortilla chips.
