Welcome to the True Flavor of New Mexico
Over thirty five years ago, the Hatch Chile Company was founded in Albuquerque in 1987. The Hatch Chile Company is a brand leader of superior quality New Mexican and Southwestern food products to the supermarket and grocery industry in the United States. Our products include green chile peppers, jalapeño peppers, enchilada sauces, and salsas. The HATCH® and HATCH Select® brands are currently distributed in supermarkets and small grocery stores in all fifty U.S. states.
We are proud of our native roots, and we strongly value our ties to New Mexico. We believe that the green chile grown and produced in Southern New Mexico is a unique treasure, and it is our company’s mission to share this treasure with consumers across the country.
Note: The majority of all the green chile peppers used in our products are sourced from growers in Southern New Mexico. However, as with any agricultural crop, there are seasons with crop failures and other circumstances where we may need to source outside of Southern New Mexico.
